父親手術(shù)后還在醫(yī)院治療期間，弟弟先天性心臟病病情又發(fā)作了，必須立即到省城大醫(yī)院手術(shù)。我原來(lái)在網(wǎng)上搜索過(guò)免費(fèi)救治先天性心臟病的機(jī)會(huì)，后來(lái)干媽從報(bào)紙上發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)契機(jī)，我決定前去爭(zhēng)取。于是把照看父親的事托付給親戚幾天，背著弟弟去長(zhǎng)沙求助，在湘雅二院得到了答復(fù)，在省慈善會(huì)和各級(jí)民政部門(mén)的支持下，我辦理好各種手續(xù)和證明。不久，就帶著弟弟做了手術(shù)。

從長(zhǎng)沙回來(lái)后，我仍然不能專心讀書(shū)，因?yàn)楦赣H雖然保住了命，但癱瘓了，而且術(shù)后人很虛弱，需要靠藥物維持身體；母 我也為自己的學(xué)業(yè)著急，在別人安心沖刺高考時(shí)的幾個(gè)月里，我已經(jīng)耽誤了太多。但我是家里的頂梁柱，我不行也得行。

我家破舊的泥巴房子是危房，村干部將政府用于特困戶危房改造的補(bǔ)助款兩萬(wàn)元給了我們家，用于建房。為了省點(diǎn)錢(qián)，假期我也充當(dāng)工人，一連工作了幾十天。雖然每天累得腰酸背痛，但想到有了一個(gè)堅(jiān)固安全的房子家，一家四口可以“風(fēng)雨不動(dòng)安如山”，心里說(shuō)不出有多歡喜。我慶幸有這樣的黨和政府，也慶幸生在這樣的年代。

盡管高中后兩年我請(qǐng)了很多假去處理家事，學(xué)習(xí)被耽誤了很多，但我抓緊一切空閑甚至犧牲睡眠時(shí)間，努力補(bǔ)習(xí)，終于考上了湖南科技大學(xué)。入校前，瀏陽(yáng)市國(guó)稅局和民政局分別資助了我七千元、三千元，讓我在政府的支持和關(guān)懷下順利進(jìn)入大學(xué)。

Luckily, I had a chance to take part in an activity, that is, we planted 5 trees everybody in our campus. My classmates and I worked very hard. This activity is not only about planting trees, but also contributing to our environment. Look at the trees, I believe, tomorrow there will be more trees and flowers standing in our campus and giving Chinese people a beautiful environment.

We are all Chinese people, living on the earth. We have only one motherland——China, just like we have only one earth. If we don't beautify our environment, who will?
